摘  要:通过建立基于方向性距离函数的绿色经济增长核算模型,将考虑非期望产出的劳动生产率增长分解为技术效率改善、技术进步、资本深化和能源消耗.对河南省工业的经验分析表明,河南省工业增长主要靠要素投入驱动,绿色全要素生产率对工业增长的贡献额仅为7.8%.研究还发现,河南各地区工业劳动生产率增长差异主要源于资本深化差异,其次是绿色技术进步和绿色技术效率的变化差异,而能源消耗差异对其影响较小.基于上述结论,提出了促进河南省工业可持续发展的对策建议.The labor productivity containing undesirable outputs was divided into technical efficiency improvement, technical progress, capital deepening and energy consumption by building green economic growth accounting model based on the directional distance function, The experience analysis on Henan province industry showed that the indus- try growth of Henan province basically relyed on factor input, green TFP only had 7.8% contribution to industrial growth. The results also showed that growth differences of Henan industrial labor productivity mainly originates from capital deepening differences, followed by the green technology and green technical efficiency, energy consumption difference had less influence on it. Based on above conclusions, countermeasures to promote sustainable development of Henan industry were put forward.
