摘　　要：目的了解菏泽市某三级综合医院专家门诊服务的利用情况,分析其影响因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法进行问卷调查,获取数据资料,通过Logistic回归筛选影响专家门诊服务利用情况的相关因素。结果调查对象选择专家门诊的比例为74.24%,影响专家门诊服务利用的因素有年龄、居住地和疾病状况等。结论应加大投入,提高县级医院医疗服务水平,合理引导门诊病人理性就诊。Objective To investigate the utilization of expert outpatient service in a grade-three general hospital in Heze City,and to explore its influencing factors.Method Stratified cluster random sampling method was used in questionnaire survey to get the data,and related factors on utilization of expert outpatient service were analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Result The rate of respondents selecting expert outpatient service was 74.24％,and its influencing factors included age,place of residence and disease status.Conclusion The investment should be strengthened to improve the level of medical service in County level hospitals.Publicity needs to be improved to reasonable guide outpatients to select rational treatment.
