摘　　要：针对三级医院床位使用率过高导致差错发生率高、院内感控难度大、医护人员工作负荷加大、医疗资源分配不均等问题,采取多项措施,通过合理控制床位使用率,促进医疗资源的有效利用和区域医疗资源的纵向流动,实现患者、医院、基层医疗机构的多方共赢。The over utilization of beds in level-three hospital would cause problems including excessive high incidence of errors,difficulty in nosocomial infection control,increased workload of medical staff,and uneven distribution of medical resources.Through the reasonable control of the beds utilization rate by taking a number of supporting measures,the effective use of medical resources and regional longitudinal flow of medical resources was promoted,and the patients,hospitals,primary health care institutions win-win situation was achieved.
