摘　　要：目的 对一起MDR-AB引起VAP聚集性医院感染事件的应急处置进行分析,以提供参考与借鉴.方法 某医院2011年1～2月ICU送检的痰培养中检出10例药敏谱相近的MDR-AB.感染MDR-AB患者中,5人确诊VAP,疑似医院感染暴发.医院立即启动应急预案,通过ICU、细菌室、感染管理科等多科协作及邀请省内专家协助调查指导等,进行应急处置.结果 及时找到了事件发生的原因,有效控制了医院感染新增病例的发生.Objective To analyze emergency management of a VAP aggregation hospital infection event caused by MDR-AB,in order to provide reference and experience.Method Between January to February 2011 in a hospital,10 cases of similar antimicrobial resistance MDR-AB were detected in ICU censorship sputum culture.Among patients infected with MDR-AB,five people diagnosed VAP,suspected nosocomial infection outbreaks.Hospital immediately launched the emergency plan.Through multi-disciplinary collaboration among ICU,bacterial room,infection management and other departments,and experts invited for guidance,emergency response was performed.Result The department of infection management in conjunction with other relevant departments found the causes of the incident in time,quickly and effectively controlled the occurrence of new infection cases in the hospital.
