摘　　要：重点专科的质量,决定着医院的竞争力。运用SWOT分析法,对医院重点专科建设情况进行了分析。在SWOT分析的基础上,结合医院实际,提出了相关建议。The quality of the key specialty departments determines the hospital＇s competitiveness.SWOT analysis was used to analyze the construction of the key specialty departments.Relevant proposals were put forward based on the SWOT analysis on the combination of actual practice.
