摘  要:第四军医大学三所附属医院积极开展了"三好一满意"活动,通过优化服务流程,提升服务水平,做到"服务好";重视医疗质量,确保医疗安全,做到"质量好";营造良好行医氛围,弘扬高尚医德,做到"医德好";完善督导制度,接受社会监督,做到"群众满意"。在改善群众就医感受、提高患者和社会满意度、促进医院持续发展等方面收到了良好成效。The "Three Excellence and One Favor" activity was actively carried out in the three affiliated hospitals of Fourth Military Medical University.By optimizing service processes and improving service levels to achieve "good service" ; emphasizing on health care quality and ensuring medical safety to achieve "good quality" ; creating a good atmosphere of medical practice and promoting the noble medical ethics to achieve "good ethics" ; perfecting supervision system and accepting supervision by people to achieve "people satisfaction".Good effects were received on aspects of improving people's experience in medical treatment,improving patients and social satisfaction,and promoting sustainable development of the hospital.
