摘　　要：建立重大医疗纠纷应急处置机制是医院管理的重要课题之一。文章着重探讨现场处置重大医疗纠纷的思路和举措,目的在于规范重大医疗纠纷的处置流程,保障医患双方的合法权益,维护正常诊疗秩序。Making emergency plan of major medical disputes is one of the most important subjects be confronted with general hospitals.The essay focus on exploring effective train of thoughts and methods for major medical disputes in order to make the procedure of major medical disputes handling more standard,protect the rights and interests of both doctors and patients,keep hospital work normally in order.
