摘　　要：建行健康龙卡项目有效地将门诊号源拓展至外部网络,院内自助服务终端有效拓展了收费窗口,缓解了患者挂号难等问题。对医院预约挂号及结算系统结构、业务流程、患者结算流程等进行了介绍,并对推行健康龙卡项目进行了展望。The CCB Healthy Dragon Card Project effectively expands the sources number of outpatient registration to the external network,and self-service terminals in hospital effectively extends the charge windows,which eases the difficult issues such as patient registration.The structure,business processes,patient billing processes of the hospital appointment registration and settlement system were introduced,and the implementation of Healthy Dragon Card Project was discussed.
