摘　　要：目的对公共实验平台进行卫生经济学评价,以期为大型综合性医院公共实验平台的建设和发展提供思路。方法采用回顾性流行病学调查方法,分析公共实验平台的成本和产出变化。结果公共实验平台构建后运行成本,特别是人均服务成本显著降低;而实验人员服务量、承接科研项目和资助经费、论文发表及科技成果等产出则有较大幅度提高。结论从卫生经济学投入与产出的角度分析,公共实验平台的构建实现了现有科研资源的优化配置,"开放、共享"的管理模式提高了平台整体资源的使用效率。Objective To evaluate public experiment platform from health economics viewpoint in order to afford better thought and exploration for the construction and development of public experiment platform in comprehensive hospital.Method Through the method of retrospective epidemiology survey,we analyzed the cost and output of the public experiment platform.Result After the construction of public experiment platform,there was a significant decrease in the operation cost,especially in the average service cost.Meanwhile,there was a significant increase in the amount of lab researcher and paper,project,funds and achievements in scientific research.Conclusion From the viewpoint of health economics,optimization configuration of scientific resources was achieved through the construction of public experiment platform.The management pattern of open and sharing can enhance the utility efficiency of scientific resources of public experiment platform.
