摘　　要：促进信息化与工业化融合,用信息技术改造建筑业,是建筑业实现跨越式发展的重要途径。以建筑业信息技术应用为视角,统计了自2003年以来Constructech magazine评选的Constructech 50入围情况。采用比较分析法和趋势分析法等方法,对入围信息技术的业务属性、解决方案实现形式和访问方式进行分析,发现建筑业信息化程度不断提升,信息技术应用形式多样,功能逐步完善。总结信息技术在建筑业应用的特点和发展趋势,从信息技术应用角度,对我国建筑业信息化发展提出建议。Facilitating the integration of informatization and industrialization and transforming construction with emerging information technology are important means to promote the construction industry to realize leap-forward development. In the perspective of information technology application in the construction industry, statistics are listed to give an overview of Constructech 50 selected by Constructech Magazine since 2003. This paper analyzes the business attribute of information technology, solution implementation forms and access methods by adopting comparative analysis and trend analysis and finds that informatization level in the construction industry is continuously being developed, and information technology application forms and functions are gradually improved. By summarizing characteristics and trends of information technology application in the construction industry, reasonable suggestions are proposed from the point of view of information technology.
