摘 要:保障房的特殊性决定了其设计工作的复杂性,对于设计企业而言,清晰的设计流程,是形成企业竞争优势和取得保障房项目成功的关键。以保障房设计流程优化为研究对象,运用六西格玛方法重点分析房地产项目设计流程中出现的冗余过程,消除不必要的环节,并对有缺陷的环节进行改进,构建一个满足保障房项目规模大、设计周期短、设计要求多样性等特殊性的设计流程。该设计流程既可提高设计工作效率,亦有助于推动保障房建设。The design of the indemnificatory housing has a certain complexity because of its specific characteristics. For the designer, how to have an accurate position, and find the clear design process is the key which makes to form the advantage of design enterprise and get the success of indemnificatory housing. This paper optimizes of the design process of the indemnificatory housing as the object, focuses on analyzing redundant process, then eliminating unnecessary ones, and reforming the defective ones with the aid of Six Sigma theory, aiming to build up a specific design process to meet indemnificatory housing project's particularity such as large scale, short-periodic cycle, diverse design requirements and so on. These works help to improve work efficiency of the design and promote the construction of the indemnificatory housing.
