摘 要:以腰果酚、己二胺、多聚甲醛为原料,合成腰果酚己二胺型苯并口恶嗪中间体,采用FT-IR,1 H NMR对其结构进行表征。用差示扫描量热(DSC)法研究自由基引发剂、催化剂对其固化行为的影响。结果表明:加入自由基引发剂后,脂肪族长链中的双键先发生聚合反应,然后口恶嗪环再开环聚合;单乙醇胺对中间体的固化有明显的促进作用;所得聚合物的耐热温度指数为195℃。The cardanol-based benzoxazine was synthesized using cardanol, hexamethylenediamine and formaldehyde as starting materials. The structure was characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR. The effects of free radical initiator, catalyst on its curing behavior were investigated by DSC. The results showed that with adding of free radical initiator, the double bonds in the fatty long-chain polymerized firstly, then the oxazine ring opened to polymerize, the monoethanolamine had obvious promoting effect on intermediates curing, and the heat temperature index of the resultant polymer obtained from benzoxazine is 195 ℃.
