硅氯溴三元素协同阻燃剂的制备与表征

摘  要:以三溴苯基环氧丙基醚、四氯化硅和2-氯丙醇为主要原料,合成了一种含硅、氯、溴三元素协同的高效阻燃剂硅酸三(氯丙基)三溴苯氧基氯丙基酯。探讨了反应温度、时间及物质的量比等对收率的影响,最适宜的工艺条件是:三溴苯基环氧丙基醚与四氯化硅及2-氯丙醇的物质的量比为1∶1∶3.4,在80℃反应4h,收率为97.6%。采用FT-IR、1 H NMR表征了产物的分子结构,并用极限氧指数方法测试了产物的阻燃性能等。A novel efficient flame retardant, silicate tris(chloropropyl) tribromophenoxy chloropropyl ester, which contains silicon, chlorine and bromine was synthesized with tribromophenyl epoxy propyl ether, silicon tetrachloride and 2-chloropropanols as main raw materials. The effects of reaction tem- perature, reaction time and quantity ratio of substance on the reaction yield were investigated. Results showed that the optimum reaction conditions could be obtained when reaction temperature was 80 ~C, reaction time was 4 h, quantity ratio of tribromophenyl epoxy propyl ether, silicon tetrachloride and 2-chloropropanols was 1 : 1 : 3.4. The yield could reach 97.6% under these conditions. The molecu- lar structures of the product were characterized by FT-IR, ^1H NMR and its flame retardant properties were characterized by LOI technique.
