摘  要:以蓖麻油酸、硼酸、聚乙二醇为原料,采用硼酸酯化法合成不同聚合度(n)的聚乙二醇单蓖麻油酸酯,研究了不同聚合度对聚乙二醇单蓖麻油酸酯表面物理化学性能的影响。实验结果表明:聚乙二醇单蓖麻油酸酯的γcmc及cmc随着聚合度的增加而增大。当n=10时,γcmc为39.54mN/m,cmc为2.50×10^-4mol/L,表面性能最好;当n=25时,乳化时间为878S,乳化性能最好;n=10时,润湿时间为64S,润湿性能最佳;HLB值的范围为12.9~15.27,可作为水包油型乳化剂。对不同聚合度的聚乙二醇单蓖麻油酸酯吸湿性能和其溶液的保湿性能进行了测试,产物吸湿性能低于甘油,保湿性能与甘油相近。Castor oleic acid Polyethylene glycol monoester with different degree of polymerization (n) was synthesized with boric acid esterification method by using Castor oleic acid, boric acid and Polyethylene glycol as main materials. The effects of different degree of polymerization on surface physicochemical properties of the products were measured. The experimental results show that the 7 and cmc of Castor oleic acid Polyethylene glycol monoester increase when the degree of polymerization in- crease. 7cm~ and cmc appears lowest value at n=10 as 39.54 mN/m and 2.50)〈10 ~ mol/L. The best emulsifying power appears at n=25 and emulsifying time is 878 s. The best wetting power appears at n=16 and wetting time is 64 s. The HLB value of castor oleic acid Polyethylene glycol monoester, which is in the range of 12.9 to 15.27, can be used as an O/W type emulsifier. The hygroscopicity and moisture-retention of castor oleic acid Polyethylene glycol monoester with different degree of polymerization were also tested, although the hygroscopicity of products is inferior to glycerine, the moisture-retention is similar to glycerine. The yield of products with different degree of polymerization (n=10,15,20,25) were 79.0%, 79.0%, 74.3% and 76.0%, respectively.
