摘  要:通过机油泵台架试验,测量494Q柴油机外啮合齿轮机油泵的流量特性,应用Fluent软件对机油泵油腔内的流场进行模拟和分析,探讨机油泵转速、出口压力、润滑油温度对机油泵出口流量的影响。结果表明:出口流量受机油泵转速的影响最大,随着转速、润滑油温度的升高出口流量增加;机油泵出油腔主动轮与从动轮啮合处润滑油压力和流速最大,而进油腔主动轮与从动轮由啮合到分离处出现低压区;随着转速的增加,机油泵油腔内部的最大压力和平均压力均有所上升,润滑油平均流速逐渐增大。The flow characteristic of 494Q diesel engine outer meshing gear oil pump was measured on the oil pump test bench. The oil pump chamber internal flow field was simulated and analyzed by Fluent software, and the influence of oil pump rotate speed, outlet pressure and oil temperature on the outlet flow was discussed. The results show that the oil pump outlet flow is greatly influenced by the rotate speed,which is increased with the increase of rotate speed and oil tempera- ture. The maximum pressure and flow velocity of lubricating oil in the oil outlet cavity appear on the meshing point of oil pump driving wheel and driven wheel, and a low pressure area in the oil inlet cavity appears on the departing area of oil pump driving wheel and driven wheel. With the increase of rotate speed, the maximum pressure and, average pressure in the oil cavity are increased, and the average flow velocity of lubricating oil is increased gradually.
