摘 要:利用红外与光谱元素分析等方法对某公司合成气压缩机润滑系统中生成的黑色异物进行分析,从而查找异物来源。研究发现:油箱底部、上部和滤芯处异物主要成分基本相同,为油泥与硫酸铵类化合物的混合物,是由生产原料氨泄漏所致。综合分析结果及压缩机油运行特点给出了相应运行管理建议。The black foreign matter produced in the lubrication system of synthetic gas compressor of a company was an- alyzed by infrared spectrum and elemental analysis, in order to find the source of the foreign matter. The results show that the main components, mainly the mixture of the oll sludge and ammonium sulfate compounds, of the foreign matters that comes from the filter element and from both the bottom and upper part of tank are basically the same. And all the main componets were caused by ammonia leakage of raw materials. The corresponding operation management suggestion is given after concerning comprehensively of both the analysis results and operation characteristics of the compressor oil.
