摘　　要：分析卷烟行业设备特点和润滑现状,指出卷烟企业开展润滑管理的迫切性。从人员培训、制度建设、润滑问题专项治理以及在用设备润滑磨损状态分析普查等方面,介绍润滑管理在卷烟工业企业中的实践。通过润滑管理实践,在保证设备正常运行、延缓设备零部件的磨损、防止润滑污染、降低备件消耗等方面起到了积极作用,进一步提升卷烟设备润滑技术管理水平。Cigarette industry equipment characteristics and lubricating status were analyzed, the importance and urgency of lubricating management in tobacco enterprises were pointed out. The practice of lubrication management in cigarette in- dustrial enterprise was introduced from personnel training, lubrication management system construction, lubrication prob- lems of special treatment, and general investigation of equipment lubrication and wear condition. The lubrication manage- ment project plays a positive role in ensuring the normal operation of the equipment, delaying parts wear of equipment, pre- venting lubricant pollution, reducing spare parts consumption, at the same time, and enhanced the lubrication management level of cigarette industry equipment.
