摘　　要：目的探讨儿童神经介导性晕厥（NMS）非药物治疗的效果。方法2000年9月至2013年2月在中南大学湘雅二医院儿童医学中心儿童晕厥专科门诊就诊的不明原因晕厥、头痛、头晕患儿1986例，其中男1044例、女942例，年龄2．0～18．0（平均10．83±3．10）岁。经直立倾斜试验（HUTT）诊断为NMS。NMS儿童接受以非药物治疗（健康教育、增加水盐摄入、直立训练等）为主的干预措施后，对随访265例中资料完整且HUTT阳性的178例患儿干预效果进行评估。结果（1）复诊率13．34％；（2）复诊情况：6个月内复诊153例（85．96％），其中复诊2次者134例（75．29％）；（3）效果评价：主观症状均获得明显改善（100％），复诊HUTT治愈或好转率72．47％（129／178）；（4）依从性：98．88％（176／178）具有良好的依从性。结论儿童NMS非药物治疗措施安全有效。Objective To explore non-drug treatment follow-up of autonomic nerve mediated syncope （NMS）in children. Methods Choose 1986 patients （male 1044 and female 942）with unexplained syncope, headache, dizziness in children, who were treated in the syncope outpatient department in the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from Sep. 2000 to Feb. 2012. Their ages were from 2 to 18 year old. The average age was （ 10.83 ±3.10）year old. Head-up tilt table test （HUTF） conffirmed diagnosis of NMS. Totally 178 NMS children, after the intervention of predominant non-drug therapy, completed follow-up data to evaluate intervention effect. Results （ 1 ） Rate of return was 1.34%. （2） Follow-up situation ： 6 months follow-up occurred in 153 patients （ 85.96% ）, twice visit in 134 cases （ 75.29% ）. （ 3 ） Effect evalution ： the patients gained significant improvement in subjective symptoms, improvement rate and curative ratio was 72.47% （129/178）. （4） Compliance：98.88% （176/178） children showed good compliance. Conclusion Non-drug treatment is safe and effective for NMS children.
