比色法测定楤木总苷胶囊中的总皂苷

摘　　要：目的建立测定楤木总苷胶囊中总皂苷含量的方法。方法采用比色法，以齐墩果酸为对照品，香草醛冰醋酸-高氯酸为显色剂，在554nm处测定，以量比系数2．0进行校正。结果楤木总苷胶囊中总皂苷的含量为10．04％，以每粒胶囊0．25g计含橡木总皂苷25．1mg，线性范围为5．0—22．5μg·mL-1，平均加样回收率为100．12％（RSD=1．19％）。结论所用方法操作简便、快速准确、灵敏度高、重复性好，可用于楤木总苷胶囊的含量测定及质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a determination method for the general triterpenoid saponins in Aralia taibaiensis saponin cap- sules. METHODS Colorimetry was used. Oleanolic acid was served as standard and vanillin glacial acetic acid - perchloric acid as color developing reagent. The detection wavelength was set at 554 nm and the content was corrected with the ratio of 2.0. RESULTS The content of general triterpenoid saponins in Aralia taibaiensis saponin capsules was 10.04%, which meant that the general triterpe- noid saponins were 25.10 mg in a 0.25 g Aralia taibaiensis saponin capsule. The calibration curve for oleanolie acid showed a good linearity over the range of 5.0 - 22.5 μg mL-1. The average recovery was 100. 12% with RSD of 1. 19%. CONCLUSION The method is practical, rapid, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the determination and the quality control of general triterpenoid saponins in Aralia taibaiensis saponin capsules.
