摘  要:目的研究人参与当归不同比例配伍的水煎液中人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1的动态变化,探讨两药配伍的相互影响。方法采用HPLC法进行测定。结果人参与当归不同比例配伍的水煎液中人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1的溶出率均降低。结论人参与当归配伍后人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1溶出率的变化可为两药配伍提供科学的依据。OBJECTIVE To study the dynamic changes of ginsenoside Rg1, Re and Rb1 in Panax ginseng C. A. Mey. in concert with Angelica sinensis( Oliv. ) Diels. in different proportions after decoction. To discuss the compatible use and mechanism of action. To reflect the integrity theory of TCM. METHODS By the method of HPLC. RESULTS The dissolution rate of ginsenoside Rg1, Re and Rb1 has reduced after Panax ginseng in concert with Angelica sinensis in different proportions after decoction. CONCLUSION The scientific basis of the Panax ginseng in concert with Angelica sinensis for compatible use has been provided with the changes of dis- solution of ginsenoside Rg1 , Re and Rb1 in different proportions after decoction.
