摘　　要：目的采用超高效液相色谱法快速测定脉络通胶囊中葛根素的含量。方法采用Poroshell 120SB—C18（100mm×2．1mm，2．7μm）色谱柱，以甲醇一水为流动相进行梯度洗脱，流速0．4mL·min-1，检测波长250nm，柱温25℃，采集频率40Hz，进样体积1μL。结果葛根素0．09～0．45mg·mL-1与峰面积的线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为100．34％（RSD=0．90％，n=6）。结论所用方法简便、准确、专属性强、重复性好，可用于脉络通胶囊中葛根素的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish an ultra - performance liquid chromatography （UPLC） method for determination of puerarin in Mailuotong capsules. METHODS The separation was perfomied on a Poroshell 120 SB - C18 （ 100 mm x 2.1 mm,2.7 txm） column. The mobile phase was methanol - water with gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.4 mL. min - 1. The detection wavelength was 250 nm, and the column temperature was 25 ℃. The injection volume was 1 μL, and the collection frequency was 40 Hz. RESULTS The liner range was 0.09 - 0.45 mg mL- 1 （ r = 0.9999） , the recovery of method was 100.34% , and the RSD was 0.90% （ n = 6 ）. CONCLU- SION The method is simple, accurate, and selective for the determination of puerarin content in Mailuotong capsules.
