摘　　要：移动媒体和数字电视等新媒体的发展,为公共图书馆服务方式的拓展提供了新的契机。本文结合对天津滨海新区的社会调查,分析了当前社会新媒体需求及其变化特点,提出公共图书馆应贴近社会大众需求,构建基于客户需求导向的新媒体服务模式,以进一步推进社区文化建设与发展。The development of mobile media and digital television and other new media provides a new opportunity for the expansion of the public li- brary service. According to a social survey of Tianjin Binhai New Area, this article analyzes the characteristics of the social readerg demands, and pro poses that public libraries should be close to the needs of the community, build the new media services based on customer deman＆oriented mode, in or- der to promote the construction and development of community culture.
