摘　　要：读者舆情是高校图书馆读者对于图书馆的工作、资源、服务所持有的普遍的整体的态度、看法和观念的综合反映。收集分析读者舆情并反馈给读者可以预先判断工作中可能出现的问题与矛盾,及时完善图书馆工作,对图书馆资源与服务实施科学决策、创造和谐图书馆氛围都大有裨益。The reader public opinion is the synthesis reflection of university library readers universal, the whole manner, the view and the idea for the library work, the resources and the service station. Collecting and analyzing the reader public opinion and feeding back to the reader may judge the question in the work, perfect library work, and ereat harmonious library atmosphere.
