摘  要:以十八烷基三甲基氯化铵和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚为复合乳化剂,KOH为催化剂,八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)为单体,四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)为交联剂,采用乳液开环聚合法制备了阳离子硅橡胶乳液。通过红外光谱表征了硅橡胶的结构,考察了复合乳化剂用量、催化剂用量和交联剂用量对乳液粒径影响,并以热重分析测试了硅橡胶的热稳定性能。结果表明,随着复合乳化剂用量的增加,乳液的粒径变小,粒径分布变窄。KOH的用量在不同范围内对乳液粒径及其分布的影响不同,当w(KOH)<0.24%时,随w(KOH)增大,乳液粒径变小,粒径分布变窄;当w(KOH)>0.24%时,乳液粒径反而变大。随着TEOS的用量增加,乳胶粒的粒径增大,D4的转化率增大,硅橡胶的热稳定性能提高。Silicone rubber emulsions were prepared using octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane as monomer, blended surfactant composed of octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride (OTAC) and ethoxylated imtridecanol (1307) as emulsifier, KOH as catalyst and tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) as cross-linker. The structure of silicone rubber was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Effects of the dosage of blend emulsifying agent, the dosage of catalyst KOH and cross-linker on the particle sizes and particle size distributions of the emulsion were investigated. The latex particle becomes larger and distribution becomes wider as the content of blend emulsifying agent increasing. When w(KOH) is 0.24%, the particle size of the latex particle reaches the minimum value of 142.6nm and polydispersity is 0.16I. When the KOH content continues to increase, the emulsion particle size and stability reduce. With the increase of the TEOS amount, the particle size of the latex particle increases, the conversions of D4, as well as the thermal stability of the silicone rubber increases.
