摘 要:目的比较凯斯勒心理疾患量表的两种版本(K6、K10)在高校大学生心理调查中的应用,并分析高校大学生的心理健康现状。方法采取随机分层抽样方法在四川某高校抽取1 380名大学生,选用凯斯勒心理疾患量表对其进行心理调查,并采用t检验、方差分析、秩和检验、相关分析和多元线性回归等方法对所得数据进行统计分析。结果1 380名大学生的K6与K10得分均值分别为(4.62±3.72)与(7.82±5.91)分,其中K6得分大于12者占3.8%,K10得分大于19者(4级)占4.3%;不同年级及年龄段之间的大学生K6或K10得分差异均有统计学意义;K6与K10得分间的相关系数为0.973(P﹤0.05)。结论不同年级与年龄段的大学生心理健康状况差异较大;K6量表可在大学生心理调查中推广使用。OBJECTIVE The objective of the study was to compare the application values of the K6 and K10 versions of the Kessler Psychological Distress Scales on the investigation of psychological conditions of college students and to analyze the mental health statuses of college students. METHODS 1 380 college students at an university in Sichuan Province were se- lected by stratified random sampling, and psychological conditions of the students were investigated by using the Kessler Psy- chological Distress Scale. The resulting data were analyzed by statistical methods, including t test, variance analysis, rank- sum test, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. RESULTS Average scores on K6 and K10 of the 1380 college students were 4.62 _+ 3.72 and 7.82 + 5.91, respectively. 3.8% of the students had a K6 score of over 12, and 4.3% scored higher than 19 (Level 4) on K10. Significant differences in scores on K6 and K10 were observed between students in different years of study and in different age groups; and the correlation coefficient between K6 and K10 scores was 0.973 (P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION Mental health conditions of the college students vary in different years of study and in different age groups, and the K6 scale is suitable for psychological investigations of college students.
