河南省全民健康生活方式行动干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的了解掌握河南省全民健康生活方式行动涉及的知识、行为核心指标现况,比较干预组和对照组效果核心指标的差异。方法对18个省辖市各抽取1个干预好的和未干预的县(区),问卷调查18岁以上辖区常住居民。结果(1)干预组较对照组相关健康生活方式行动核心知识知晓率为高;(2)干预组较对照组合理膳食、少盐少油,自觉维持健康生活方式为高;(3)干预组较对照组具有更高的锻炼意识和行为。结论启动全民健康生活方式行动,开展健康生活知识教育和行为干预,提高居民健康生活方式核心知识知晓率和健康行为率具有明显效果。OBJECTIVE The study aimed to assess the current situations on the knowledge and behaviors involving the ac- tions of a health lifestyle in Henan Province, and to determine the differences in core effectiveness indicators between the in- tervention and the control groups. METHODS One effectively intervened and one unintervened county （or district） were se- lected from each of 18 municipalities of the Province, and permenant residents of the districts over the age of 18 were sur- veyed by questionnaire. RESULTS （1） Awareness rate of the core knowledge related to health lifestyle actions of the inter- vention group was higher than that of the control group ; （2） Percentage of the intervention group in practicing rational diet, consuming low-sodium and low-fat foods, and self-conscicously maintaing a healthy hfestyle was higher than that of the con- trol group; （3） The intervention group was more mindful of regular exercises than the control group. CONCLUSION The implementation of actions of a healthy lifestyle, education on healthy lifestyle-related knowledge, and behavioral intervention among the residents has been highly effective in improving the awareness rate of the core knowledge of healthy lifestyle and the prevalence of healthy behaviors of the residents.
