摘 要:目的探讨一种新型的、可推广的及应用于医疗实践的快速量化健康状态的筛检方法。方法随机抽选广州市黄埔区红山街社区卫生服务中心和两个不同体检公司中的共294个体检用人血样本,以传统的检测方法作为确定其健康状态的金标准,再用本研究创立的健康量化评价方法分别对其进行二次检测分析,通过与金标准对比,分析该方法的灵敏度和特异度等指标。结果采用新健康量化评价方法检测该样本,得出其灵敏度为85.71%,特异度为86.81%,约登指数为0.73,阳性预测值为73.85%,阴性预测值为96.34%。结论健康量化评价方法可以快速评价机体的健康状态,为临床诊断和治疗提供新的工具。OBJECTIVE The study was conducted to explore a novel, worthy of popularizing, and medical care-applicable screening method for rapid quantitation of human health conditions. METHODS A total of 294 blood samples were randomly selected from the community health service center on Hongshan Street in Huangpu District in Guangzhou and two other physical examination centers. Conventional testing method was adopted as the gold standard for the evaluation of health conditions, and the samples were re-analyzed by the quantitative evaluation method established in this study. Sensitivity and specificity of the new method was determined by comparing with those of the gold standard. RESULTS Analysis of the samples by the new quantitative evaluation method revealed that the sensitivity, specificity, Youden's index, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of the method was 85.71%, 86.81%, 0.73, 73.85%, and 96.34%, respec- tively. CONCLUSION The quantitative evaluation method can efficiently assess one's health condition and represents a new tool for clinical diagnoses and treatments.
