摘　　要：Livin是凋亡抑制蛋白(inhibitors of apoptosis proteins,IAPs)家族的新成员,在胎儿发育过程的多种组织中高表达,在正常成人的大多数终末组织中(除胎盘)低表达或不表达,而在很多人类恶性肿瘤中高表达;线粒体促凋亡蛋白——第二线粒体源性激活半胱天冬酶(second mitochondria-derived activator of caspases,Smac)是目前发现的唯一存在于哺乳动物细胞中直接抑制IAPs的蛋白。Smac可在人类多种组织中表达;抗凋亡蛋白Livin和促凋亡蛋白Smac在细胞凋亡中存在着相互拮抗,相互调节的关系。本文着重对Livin、Smac的结构、生物学功能、抗凋亡机制及流产中有关研究进展进行综述。Livin was a new member in inhibitor of apoptosis protein family （IAPs）, it is higer expressed in variety of organizations of fetal development, lower and even no expressed in the most normal adult tissues （ except placent）. However, Livin expressed more in some tumor tissues. Smae was a protein promoting mitochondrial apoptosis by binding to lAPs and it was found only in direct inhibition of lAPs in mammalian cells. Livin as apoptosisn inhibiting proteins, Smac as proapoptosis proteins, they could be regulated and controlled each other in apoptosis of cells. The structure and function of Livin and Smac, the mechanism of anti - apoptosisn, the relation research of abortion are described in this paper.
