摘　　要：提出了一种同时兼顾节能与减噪并考虑总成本的新型多目标优化设计,并以实例进行了优化与讨论,验证了该优化设计的有效性与先进性。A new multiple target optimal design that considered saving energy, reducing noise and total cost is presented. The example is optimized and discussed. It＇s validity and progressiveness are validated.
