摘 要:介绍了辋板距大差异车轮的结构特点,对该类车轮采用的锻压-轧制热成形技术进行研究。利用数值模拟软件,模拟车轮的预成形锻压过程,验证了金属分流面的存在。分析表明,采用流动半径数值可以优化设计压痕模;针对车轮锻压成形工步分析发现,成形坯轮缘形状是成形坯模具设计的关键依据;通过分析车轮的轧制变形,得出辐板辊设计原则。该方法较好地解决了具有辋板距大差异特点的车轮热成形工艺设计问题,生产实践证明,该产品的热成形合格率达到98%。The shape characteristics of railway wheel with considerable variability in the size between plate and rim were presented, the hot forming technology was studied and a correct solution to design the hot forming technology of this kind of wheel was worked out. Through simulated pre-forming proeess, the existence of metal neutral face was veri- fied; the value of mobile radius could be used to optimize the design of pre-forming mould. During the forming process, forming ring mould design was based on the wheel flange shape. By analyzing the wheel rolling deformation, the roll web de- sign principle was gained. After industrial production, the passing test for hot formed product reaches to 98% at least.
