摘 要:对轮旋压是采用内旋轮代替芯模对工件进行加工的工艺,内、外旋轮在成形过程中同时从内、外表面对工件进行加工,能够大大减小旋压力,提高工件内表面精度及机床加工能力。本文根据旋压成形原理及对轮旋压工艺特点,设计了一种筒形件强力旋压用对轮旋压的成形装置,主要介绍了对轮旋压装置整体结构、径向调整结构、传动机构等关键部件的设计,并采用有限元软件对关键部件在成形过程中的受力及变形进行了模拟。Counter roller spinning is a technology which uses inner roller instead of mandrel, during the proess, the in- ner and external rollers spin both surfaces of the workpiece at the same time. It can reduce the spinning force greatly and improve the accuracy of the inner surface of the workpiece and the working ability of the machine tool. Based on the basic principle of spinning and the technological characteristics of the counter roller spinning, a forming equipment was designed which was used for counter roller spinning of tube power spinning. The whole structure of counter roller spinning equipment, radial adjustment structure, the transmission mechanism and other key structures were mainly in- troduced, and the finite element software was also used to simulate the force and deformation of the key structures.
