摘  要:提出空心管坯挤压型材的方法,设计了满足空心管坯生产要求的新型挤压杆。在此基础上应用HyperXtrude有限元软件,分别对实心棒料和空心管坯挤制铝合金型材进行了稳态的模拟分析,获得了挤压力、应变场以及型材出口处金属的流速分布情况。通过分析比较后发现:采用空心管坯挤制铝合金型材时,金属流动平缓,模具前端无死区形成,型材出口处金属流速更为均匀,速度均方差值减小了87.85%,挤压力降低了42.13%,模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合。The way of extruded aluminum alloy profiles with hollow billets was put forward. The improving extrusion rod meeting the production requirements of hollow billets was designed. The steady simulation analyses of extruded aluminum alloy profiles with hollow billets and solid billets were completed using HyperXtrude FEM software. Extru- sion forces, strain field and the distribution of metal flow velocity of the exit of profiles were acquired. The study re- sults indicate that when hollow billets are used to extrude aluminum alloy profiles, the metal flow is more smooth, there is no dead zone in front of the die, metal flow velocity of the exit of profile is more uniform, the SDV is decreased by 87.85% and the extrusion force is decreased by 42.13% compared to that of solid billets. It is correspond with the experiment results.
