摘  要:采用耦合节点的方法建立座椅骨架结构,座椅泡沫及安全带固定点选用solid45单元、座椅外包层采用shell93单元进行网格划分,在ANSYS软件中建立了车辆座椅安全带总成的有限元模型,按照国标要求进行加载和边界约束条件的模拟,开发了座椅安全带固定点拉溃试验的有限元仿真分析系统。通过对某具体车型的仿真分析,并与试验结果对比,验证了其可靠性。研究成果可以减少拉溃试验中白车身和座椅的消耗,降低研发成本,同时,对座椅安全带的结构设计和强度提升具有重要的实用价值。The finite element simulation system of pulled burst test on seat belt anchorages was developed,in which the seat skele ton structure was established using the coupling nodes method, seat belt bubble and belts anchorages was described with solid45 elements, the seat of the outsourcing was described with the shell93 elements, and loading and boundary conditions was simulated in accordance with the requirements of national standards. The reliability of the simulation system was verified through the com parison between the test results and simulation analysis results. The research achievement can reduce the consumption of white body and seat which is used in pulled burst test, which make the cost of research and development is greatly reduced, at the same time, has important practical value for the structural design and the strength improvement of the seat belt.
