摘　　要：机床使用说明书是机床制造企业必须提供给用户的一个重要技术文件。在分析机床使用说明书编制任务需求的基础上,结合企业现有的信息化水平及软件与硬件条件,利用Microsoft Office的ACCESS数据库软件,通过建立数据表、设置表间关系、设计查询、窗体、报表和宏等,构建一个半自动化机床使用说明书编制数据库系统。该系统能够收集企业订单信息与机床规格参数,自动生成说明书相关页面,从而减轻劳动强度,降低差错率,提高文件准确性及部门工作效率。Machine tool instruction is an important technical document which should be offered to customer by the device manu facturer. Has built a semiautomatic machine tool instruction compiling system based on Microsoft ACCESS database, by analyzing the compiling task demand under present hardand software conditions of the enterprise as well as on its information processing level, by means of Microsoft ACCESS technique, such as table, requery, form, report, macro, etc. This system can collect the com pany order information and machine tool specifications, automatically create the relevant pages of the instruction, reduce labor in tensity and artificial error rate, and therefore improve document accuracy and department efficiency.
