摘  要:以"津优1号"黄瓜幼苗为试材,研究了丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)菌根对弱光条件下黄瓜幼苗生长发育及其光合特性的影响。结果表明:弱光逆境影响黄瓜幼苗的生长发育,使黄瓜幼苗的根系活力降低;根冠比和丙二醛(MDA)含量提高,光合能力受到影响;接种摩西球囊霉菌(GM)能促进弱光条件下黄瓜幼苗的生长发育,提高其根系活力和光合能力;降低光合色素含量、根冠比和MDA含量,但叶绿素a/叶绿素b值变化不明显。表明从枝菌根真菌能促进黄瓜幼苗在弱光逆境条件下的生长发育和光合特性,提高了其弱光耐受性。Taking 'Jinyou No. 1' cucumber seedling as material,the influence of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) on growth and photosynthetic characteristics of cucumber seedlings under low light conditions were studied. The results showed that: the cucumber seedling growth and root activity were decreased; root/shoot ratio and MDA content and photosynthetic capacity were increased under low light stress;GM could improve cucumber seedling growth, root activity and net photosynthetic rate;reduce the content of photosynthetic pigment,root/shoot ratio and MDA content under the condition of low light, chlorophyll a/chlorophyll b ratio did not change significantly. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi improved growth and photosynthesis of cucumber seedlings under low light stress conditions.
