摘  要:以茶薪菇为试材,采用超声波-紫外线对其担孢子进行诱导,以期选育出优质高产的茶薪菇菌株。结果表明:以超声波500W+紫外线30s的复合诱变效果最好;通过筛选得到诱变株‘AF107’,其菌丝长速快、菇形好、商品性高、子实体产量提高36%、生物学效率达57.4%,经2次出菇试验发现其性状稳定。Taking Agrocybe chaxingu as test material, ultrasonic ultraviolet radiation was used to reduce 1Is t)aslolospul a, to select Agrocybe chazingu strains with high yield and good quality. The results showed that the composite mutagenesis effect of ultrasonic 500 W+LIV 30 s was the best; the mutant 'A t7107' had faster mycelial growth speed, mushroom shaped,good commodity,fruitbody yield increased by 36 %, the biological efficiency was 57.4%, 2 times of fruiting test found that the characters of stability.
