摘  要:采用浓硫酸和硅烷偶联剂对碳纤维(CF)进行表面处理,利用可变纤维注入技术和反应注射成型技术相结合制备了聚氨酯(PUR)/CF泡沫复合材料,研究了CF表面处理及含量对复合材料力学性能的影响,并对破坏断口进行了扫描电镜观测。结果表明,CF表面处理可以有效提高PUR/CF泡沫复合材料的界面结合力,随着CF含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度均呈先增加后下降的趋势,表面处理的CF质量分数为15%时,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度分别比纯PUR增加了1.52倍、2.73倍和2.25倍。Polyurethane(PUR)/carbon fiber(CF) composites were prepared by varible fiber injection technology and reaction injection molding technology.The surface of CF was oxidized by concentrated sulfuric acid and was treated by silane coupling agent. The effects of carbon fiber content and surface treatment on mechanical properties of PUR/CF composites were studied,and the fracture microstructure of impact fracture specimens was observed with scanning electron microscope.The results show that surface treatment can improve the bonding and mechanical properties of PUR/CF composites efficiently.With the increase of CF content, the tensile strength,bending strength and impact strength of composites increase firstly and then decrease.When the content of CF is about 15%,and the tensile strength,bending strength and impact strength of composites increase 2.52 times,3.73 times and 3.25 times respectively,compared with those of pure PUR.
