摘  要:以温控器面板为例,对其成型工艺进行分析,采用热流道系统,设计出一模一腔模具,并阐述模具的工作过程。针对塑料件在分模过程中的难点,巧妙设计了斜槽侧抽芯机构、隧道式侧抽芯机构及凹槽成型结构,介绍了抽芯机构的设计方法和特点。实践证明,该抽芯机构设计合理、动作可靠,模具能适应批量生产,产品无缺陷,成型周期短。该抽芯机构设计对同类产品成型具有一定的参考价值。With the temperature controller panel as an example, through analyzing the molding technology, the mold with one cavity using hot runner systems was designed. The movement process of the mold was described. According to the difficult point in the parting moment, the chute core-pulling mechanism, tunnel core-pulling mechanism, groove forming part were designed. The design method and characteristics of the core pulling mechanism were introduced. Practice proves that the core-pulling mechanisms and forming part are reasonable, the mold can not only adapt to mass production with non-defective product, but also reduce the molding cycle.The design has certain reference value to the similar product molding.
