摘 要:采用悬浮聚合法制备了N–苯基马来酰亚胺(NPMI)、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯腈(AN)三元共聚物(SMIA)及NPMI、St二元共聚物(SMI)。对SMIA进行了傅里叶红外光谱、差示扫描量热、热重分析表征,探讨了NPMI含量对SMIA耐热性的影响。再将SMI和SMIA分别与ABS熔融共混、挤出、造粒,得到耐热改性ABS,研究了SMIA用量对其耐热性和力学性能的影响,并比较了两种共聚物对ABS的改性效果。结果表明,该类共聚物具有良好的耐热性,可使ABS的耐热性有很大提升,拉伸强度得到改善,SMIA对ABS的改性效果优于SMI。N-phenylmaleimide(NPMI) / styrene(St) / acrylonitrile(AN) terpolymer(SMIA) and NPMI / St binary copolymer (SMI) were synthesized by suspension method. SMIA was characterized by FTIR, DSC and TGA. The effect of NPMI content on the thermal stability of SMIA was explored. The modified ABS resin was prepared by melt blending SMIA or SMI with ABS, respectively. The effects of SMIA dosage on heat resistance and mechanical properties of ABS were studied. The modification effects of the two kinds of copolymers were compared. Results show that the copolymers have good heat resistance, and they can improve the heat resistance and tensile strength of ABS. The modification effect of SMIA is better than that of SMI.
