摘 要:通过测试不同胶凝材料配制的胶砂试件在硫酸盐侵蚀试验条件下的膨胀率,对胶凝材料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能进行研究和评价。结果表明:胶凝材料的膨胀率随着试验龄期的延长而增大,后期膨胀速度加快;提出了用膨胀率法评价胶凝材料抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的方法,按此方法将胶凝材料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能由弱到强依次划分为"极低"、"低"、"中"、"高"和"极高"5个等级;硅酸盐水泥的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能优于普通硅酸盐水泥,但两者的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力均极低;选择合理的掺量,单掺或复掺矿物掺合料均可大幅度提高胶凝材料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。By means of testing expansion rate of different cementitious material under the sulfate corrosion experimental condi- tions, sulfate resistance of cementitious material and assessment method are studied. The results show that expansion rate of cemen- titious material increases with corroded age,and the assessment method is put forwarded. Sulfate resistance of cementitions material can be divided into five classes according to expansion rate assessment method as follows: "very low", "low", "moderate", "high" and "very high". The sulfate resistance of Portland cement is better than ordinary Portland cement,and both of them are very low. With proper content, either solely or combined mineral admixture, can improve sulfate resistance of cementitious material largely.
