氧化铝尾矿制备重质混凝土内养护材料的研究

摘  要:以轻质多孔材料(轻集料,超吸水聚合物)作为内养护材料掺入高强混凝土可降低其收缩,减小其早期开裂倾向。但目前所用的轻质多孔材料密度低,在混凝土砂浆中易上浮造成材料匀质性下降。针对此问题,以氧化铝尾矿、玻璃粉和碳酸钠制备了一种重质混凝土内养护材料。研究结果表明,重质内养护材料孔隙尺寸小;吸水率、筒压强度、释水速度与轻集料接近,而吸水速度快于轻集料;干密度在1.6 g/cm3左右,饱水密度接近2.0 g/cm3,与混凝土砂浆密度接近,可较好解决内养护材料上浮的问题。Saturated lightweight porous materials(lightweight aggregate, super absorption polymer) can decrease the shrinkage of high strength concrete and mitigate the early age cracking tendency. However, lower density of these porous materials than that of mortar in concrete causes the float of itself. Aiming at this problem, a heavy internal curing material based on A1203 tailing, waster glass powder and sodium carbonate was prepared. Results show that,heavy internal curing material has smaller pores than,similar water absorption,cylinder compressor strength,and water release rate to lightweight aggregate,while the water absorption speed is faster than lightweight aggregate. Dry density and saturated density of heavy internal curing material are about 1.6 g/cm3 and close to 2.0 g/era3 respectively,close to the density of the concrete mortar, better solve the problem of internal curing material floating.
