摘 要:通过复配乳化剂制备出一种储存稳定性良好且各项基础指标均满足规范要求的高浓度乳化沥青,采用正交试验设计方法确定其最佳制备方案。试验结果表明,在乳化剂复配比例为m(1831)∶m(OP-10)=7∶3、乳化剂用量2.5%、沥青温度130℃、稳定剂用量0.2%的条件下,能够制备性能最优的高浓度乳化沥青。同时采用极差分析方法确定了影响蒸发残留物三大指标的显著因素。In this research,a kind of high concentration emulsified asphalt with good storage stability and with basic indica- tors meeting the specification requirements was prepared basing on the compound emulsifier, and orthogonal experiment design method was used to determine the optimal preparation program. It was showed that under the conditions of the mixed proportion of emulsifier was m (1831) :m (OP-10) =7:3, the addition was 2.5%, dosage of stabilizer was 0.2%, asphalt temperature was 130 C, the per- formance of the high concentration of emulsified asphalt was optimal. However, the range analysis method was employed to deter- mine the significant influencing factors of the three indicators of evaporation residue.
