摘  要:用马来酸二乙酯(DMA)取代部分马来酸酐合成一种缓释型聚羧酸减水剂,并研究了原料配比和合成工艺对减水剂分散性能的影响。结果表明,当n(MA+DMA)∶n(TPEG)∶n(SMAS)=3∶1∶0.5,n(MA)∶n(DMA)=3∶1,引发剂过硫酸铵的用量为单体总质量的3%,反应温度80~85℃,单体滴加时间为3~4 h时,所合成的减水剂性能较好。在掺量为0.2%时,水泥净浆初始流动度达240 mm,并在90 min内增到最大285 mm。合成产品经红外光谱分析,证明为目标产物。This paper used diethyl maleate (DMA) to replace part of the maleic anhydride to synthesize a sustained-release polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and the effect of the mole ratio of raw materials and synthesis process on its dispersion property was investigated. The result shows that, when n (MA+DMA) :n (TPEG) :n (SMAS) =3:l:0.5, n (MA) :n (DMA) =3:1, initiator dosage in an amount of 3% of the total mass of the monomer, the reaction temperature of 80~85 ~C ,dropping monomer for 3-4 hours,the dispersion performance of the superplasticizer is the best. When cement was added 0.2% of the agent the fluidity of cement paste achieved 240 mm at first and then reached the maximum of 285 mm in 90 min. The structure of the products was charaeterized by FT-IR.
