摘 要:低温合成了聚醚型聚羧酸减水剂,对合成产物进行红外表征和性能测试。最优合成工艺条件是:以过硫酸铵/H2O2为引发体系,用量分别为单体总质量的1.5%和3.0%;甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)与丙烯酸(AA)的摩尔比为1∶4;以巯基乙酸作链转移剂,用量为单体总质量的1.6%;聚合温度为40℃,聚合反应时间5 h。当减水剂折固掺量为0.2%,水灰比为0.29时,水泥净浆流动度可超过280 mm,60 min流动度无损失,减水率达27.5%,合成的聚羧酸减水剂具有良好的分散性和分散保持性。The high performance polycarboxylate water reducer was synthesized under low temperature conditions,the perfor- mance of product was tested and the structure of product was characterized by IR. The optimal synthesis conditions were deter- mined: ammonium persulfate and H202 as initiator, used in an amount of 1.5% and 3.0% of the total mass of the monomers, respec- tively,rt(TPEG):n(AA)=l:4,the chain transfer agent was thioglycolic acid and the dosage is 1.6% of the total mass of the monomers, the polymerization temperature was 40 ~C and the polymerization reaction time was 5 hours. The results showed that when the dosage of polycarboxylate water reducer was 0.2% of cement mass,together with 0.29 of water cement ratio,the fluidity of cement paste could exceed 280 mm,60 min fluidity without loss,the water-reducing rate was 27.5%,the polyearboxylate water reducer had higher dispersbility and dispersion retention.
