摘　　要：针对当前变电站巡检存在的工作量大、效率低、易漏检、管理成本高等问题,结合公司"运维一体化"建设目标,从功能优化、实用便携、快速诊断的角度出发,对现有带电检测仪器进行小型化、集成化、智能化的改造提升,研制了适用于变电站运维巡检的"单兵巡检装备",并在现场进行了应用。该单兵巡检装备的研制成功,丰富了运行人员的巡检手段,提升了变电站巡检效率和质量。该装备在现场应用成功发现多起设备缺陷,有力保障了电网设备可靠运行。Considering the heavy workload, inefficiency, easy undetected and high costs in substation operation and maintenance, a type of individual soldier patrol for substation operation and maintenance is developed. This type of individual soldier patrol has the advantage of functional optimization, practical portable and rapid diagnostic, charged detecting instrument can promote and renovate from miniaturization, integration and intelligence. It applies to substation operation and maintenance in Jiangsu Electric Power Company. The application of this individual soldier patrol can increase patrol method of operation personnel, enhance the efficiency and quality of substation operation and maintenance. The equipment found defects in field application, ensuring the network reliable operation.
