摘 要:近年来出现过多起同塔双回线路雷击同时跳闸的故障,虽然能够重合闸成功,但也对电网安全运行造成了一定的威胁。笔者以110 kV同塔双回西龙线为例,对继电保护装置动作情况及各站故障录波数据进行了详细分析,并进行了雷击过电压水平的计算。然后根据分析与计算结果,对故障发生、发展过程进行了推演,深入研究了故障产生的原因,指出导致该次故障的主要因素包括地形地貌特征、大转角塔、强雷阵雨天气以及杆塔接地点接触不良等。论文分析过程及结论对类似故障的分析具有实际参考价值。In recent years, several failures of double-circuit power transmission line on same tower due to lighting have happened. Although the transmission line can be reclosed successfully, the lighting strike is still a threat against the power grid security. In this paper, taking the Xi-Long 110 kV double-circuit power transmission line on same tower as an example, the relay protection action and recorded fault waveforms are analyzed, and the over-voltage level on the insulator strings is calculated. Based on the analysis and the calculation, the generation and development of the accident are deduced, and its cause is described. Conclusion is drawn that the lighting accident concerned terrain feature, large corner towers, strong thunderstorm weather and poor grounding contact of the tower.
