摘  要:文中论述了一起110 kV变压器在运行中因抗短路能力问题而引发的事故,详细分析了事故的原因,探讨了运行中变压器在提高抗短路能力改造方面加强线圈轴向机械强度的工艺和做法,并评价了该做法的优点和存在的问题;提出了对提高变压器短路承受能力具有有针对性的、可操作性的设计要求、工艺规范和技术监督管理措施;也对厂家在结构和关键工艺方面如何提高变压器抗短路能力提出了具体建议。An accident of 110 kV transformer for anti-short circuit ability is discusses in this paper. A detailed analysis of the accident are discussed. The technique and practice to improve transformer anti-short circuit ability in improving enhance the mechanical strength of the coil axial are discussed. And the advantages of this technique and practice are evaluated. The design requirements, process specifications and technical supervision and management measures with targeted and operability for improving transformer anti-short circuit ability are proposed. The specific recommendations to improving the capacity of the transformer short-circuit for manufacturers are given in structure and key technological aspect.
