摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、硅溶胶、聚醚二元醇(N210)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)等为原料,采用原位分散聚合法制备了水性硅溶胶/丙烯酸聚氨酯(SiO2/PUA)纳米复合乳液,研究了硅溶胶、DMPA和TMP的用量以及中和度对SiO2/PUA纳米复合涂层性能的影响,确定了较佳的制备条件:硅溶胶最大添加量为SiO2占SiO2/PUA总固含量的4.5%,DMPA添加量为PUA质量的6.5%,TMP添加量为PUA质量的1.25%,中和度控制在90%。在此条件下制备的SiO2/PUA纳米复合涂层与市售PUA涂膜相比,其硬度、附着力、耐水性、耐溶剂性等都得到一定程度的提高。A water-based silica sol/acrylic polyurethane (SiO2/PUA) nanocomposite emulsion was prepared via in-situ dispersion polymerization with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), silica sol, polyether glycol (N210), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), and trimethylolpropane (TMP). The effects of the dosages of silica sol, DMPA, and TMP as well as the neutralization degree on properties of the SiO2/PUA nanocomposite coating were studied. The favorable preparation conditions were determined as follows: silica sol 4.5% by the total solid content of SiO2/PUA, DMPA 6.5% and TMP 1.25% (both relative to the mass of PUA), and neutralization degree 90%. Compared with the commercial water-based PUA, the hardness, adhesion strength, water resistance, and solvent resistance of the SiO2/PUA nano- composite coating prepared are improved to a extent.
