摘  要:采用滤纸片法和胞外酶定性筛选培养基对云南三个盐矿(乔后盐矿、一平浪盐矿和昆明盐矿)盐卤沉淀池耐盐真菌进行抗菌活性和产胞外酶筛选。结果从107株耐盐真菌中筛选到有抗菌活性的菌株14株,主要表现在对白假丝酵母(Candida albicans)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和木霉(Trichoderma)的抗菌活性。产胞外酶活性菌株有15株,产纤维素酶、淀粉酶和蛋白酶的菌株各有13株、6株和4株。活性菌株主要分布在乔后盐矿盐卤沉淀池,优势属均为青霉属(Penicillium)和曲霉属(Aspergillus)。The active strains were screened for antimicrobial activity and extracellular enzyme activity from 107 strains halotolerant fungi isolated from bitten sedimentation tanks of three salt mines ( Qiaohou salt mine, Yipinglan salt mine and Kunming salt mine) in Yunnan. The results showed that 14 strains displayed antimierobial activity,which mainly against Candida albicans, Bacillua subtilis and Trichoderrna. In addition, 15 strains produced extraceUular enzymes, in which 13 strains produced cellulase,6 strains produced amylase,4 strains produced proteinase. The active strains were distributed in bitten sedimentation tanks of Qiaohou salt mine, Penicillium and Aspergillus were the obviously dominant groups among the active strains.
