摘  要:为研究红曲霉YM3207对葛根进行微生物转化后,其转化产物的化学成分。采用固体发酵法对葛根进行生物转化,通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析转化前后化合物种类和含量的变化,利用反复硅胶色谱对化合物进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质和光谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。共分离得到三个化合物,分别为:染料木素(1),β-胡萝卜苷(2),葛根素(3)。HPLC结果表明,转化后染料木素和葛根素含量得到提高。结果表明通过微生物转化作用,能够改变中药葛根原有的化学成分。To separate and identify the chemical constituents of transforming Puerariae Radix with Monascus (YM3207), solid fermentation was applied in transformation. High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) was used to analyze the change of transformation column. Chromatography techniques were. used to isolate and purify the constituents. The structures were elucidated by chemical evidence and spectroscopic methods. Three compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as Genistein ( 1), Daucosterol (2) and Puerarin (3). The content of Genistein and Puerarin has been improved. The results showed that the chemical constituents of Puerariae Radix were changed by microbial transformation with Monascus.
